OrbTorrent is a torrent search engine and website tracker that has been in development since early 2003. I use this website as a way to test the boundaries of my web development skills, and it is nothing more than a personal project. It all started when I found myself being asked repeatedly by friends where the latest file sharing and P2P networks were located. What was once a simple list of links for friends slowly evolved into what you see today. Back when
Suprnova.org was one of the mainstream torrent trackers on the internet between 2002-2004, it was
shut down hastily in December 2004. Somehow my modest list of sites got linked to from the front page of Suprnova's site after it was shut down for a brief peroid, and it generated tons of publicity and traffic for the site. Out of this surge in popularity formed my relationship with
